All journeys must be pre-booked via our phone lines or website or SMS or WhatsApp.
We will confirm your booking where possible.

2. Fares

• Prices are agreed at the time of booking or when quote/ booking received and agreed
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time or changes

3. Waiting Time

We allow a reasonable waiting period.
Additional waiting time may be charged.

4. Cancellations

• Please provide as much notice as possible
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hrs) may be subject to a charge

5. No-Shows

If the passenger is not present at the agreed pickup time and location, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.
